We have been made aware of certain fraudulent travel agents and individuals operating in the market who are deceiving innocent customers by selling fake cruise packages, issuing fake invoices, and misusing the name of Cordelia Cruises. Please be aware that certain individuals might approach you by falsely presenting themselves as our employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives. Under this false pretence, they might try to gain access to your personal information or to acquire money or other valuables from you by offering sell, buy, invest, finance, or any other business opportunities by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf. The contacting individual or organization may, for example, invite you to participate in an investment opportunity. Such fraudulent offers and claims are usually received via email, the internet, text message, phone, etc. These claims and offers are fraudulent and invalid, and you are strongly advised to exercise great caution and disregard such offers and invitations. Such unauthorized entities are not affiliated with or authorized by Cordelia Cruises in any manner.
We urge all potential customers to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of travel agents before making any payments or bookings. Cordelia Cruises shall not be held responsible for any financial losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by such fraudulent activities.
