Retired from any of the defence divisions - "Retired" is defined as A) enlisted personnel or officers with a minimum of 20 years of service, B) medically retired, or C) 100% disabled.
Spouses of deceased military personnel are also eligible for the Defence personal discount. As proof of eligibility, spouses must present the Dependent Military ID upon check-in.
.The discount offer is only available to defence personnel and their immediate family.
.It is important that at least one guest per stateroom be eligible to be considered in compliance with a defence discount fare program.
.It is also important to note that noncompliance of the discount fare program terms will result in the reservation being re-priced to the current available fare for that particular day.
.Furthermore, you will be responsible to pay for any differences immediately or else your boarding rights will be denied.
.Guest should produce proper and original identification in the form of an Indian Services Valid Identification Card must be presented at time of check-in.
.For Active Personnel - The Department of Defence issued identification cards to service members
.For retired Personnel - The Identity Card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board/Zila Sainik Welfare Office (ZSB/ZSWO).
.For Spouses of deceased military personnel - Identity Card issued by Defence Enrolment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
.All guests traveling in the same stateroom which is occupied by the defence person are eligible to receive the discounted defence rate.
.No additional staterooms, other than the one that is occupied by the defence person is eligible for the defence discount rate.
.Spouses, parents, in-laws, children or other family members or friends are not eligible for the military rate without the eligible defence person occupying the stateroom.
.Guest need to provide the identification number details at the time of booking.
.System will flag the booking under Defence Discounted Fare to On-board team via manifest.
.Receiving information via manifest will let on-board team to physically check and verify the details.
.Guest failed to produced proper and original identification will ask to pay the difference amount or will denied the boarding.
.Cancellation fee will be applicable only on cabin fare.
.Port charges & gratuity will be refunded completely.
.GST for the refunded amount will also be returned.
.Refund will be processed within 10 working days from the cancellation date.

Name Change Policy:
.Name change is allowed once per cabin for one guest only, with an additional service charge of $50 + GST.
.Name change will not be possible within 72 hrs. prior to sailing.
.Genuine name correction can be done without any charges within 48 HRS of booking.
.15$ +GST for spelling corrections will be charged after 48 hours of the booking.
Pax Addition Policy:
.Adding new PAX 72 hours prior to departure will be charge additional service fee of $15 + GST.
.Adding new PAX within 72 hours prior to departure will be charge additional service fee of $ 35 + GST.
.Deck change will be charged $15 + GST per cabin subject to availability and allowed only 72 hours prior to departure..
